Dear member,The Australian Volunteer coast guard Association is a volunteer organization that provides search and rescue service to the boating public and public training courses on boat licencing, boat handling, marine radio, GPS, coastal navigation and many other topics.The St Kilda flotilla of the Australian Volunteer coast guard Association currently functions from a 40 year old caravan joined to an old Atco work hut. We desperately need to build new facilities to grow our operations and expand our services we offer.To facilitate the project, we will contribute monies saved over many years of fundraising, together with a Victorian government grant we were fortunate enough to secure. However, this is only about 75% of our target. We are hoping that you can provide a donation to help us achieve our goal.
